On Saturday, March 11, 2023, at approximately 11:47 p.m., Naperville Police Officers responded to a parking lot in the 0 hundred block of West Van Buren to a report of a shooting. The Naperville police shooting was caught on video. The Naperville Fire Department arrived and transported the victim to the hospital and his injuries are non-life threatening.The preliminary investigation indicates that the victim and the person who shot him were known to each other prior to this incident.
